Whereas the executant is the lawful
owner in possession of House No.F-337, Ashagar Mall Scheme, Rawalpindi constructed
upon land Measuring 18 Marlas, situated in Ashagar Mall Scheme, Rawalpindi
which has been included in Abbadi, vide Registered Surrender Deed No.5, Book
No.6, Volume No.88, on page 09, and duplicate copy pasted on additional Book
No. 5, Vol. No. 858, on pages 15 to 25 dated 03.02.1982 registered with sub
Registrar Rawalpindi.

AND WHEREAS the executant
i.e. the party of the first part being owner in exclusive possession of his
said house constructed upon 18 marlas alongwith super structure constructed
thereon, the Donor out of said property hereby gifts 4 marlas of land alongwith
super structure constructed thereon in favour of party of the second i.e “THE DONEE”
which is bounded as follows:-
East
by : Street about 8 feet wide and
House No. F-77.
West
by : House No.F-78 & F-79.
North
by : Open Plots No.F-83 & 85.
South
by : House No.F-82
Situated in Ashagar Mall Scheme, Rawalpindi Rawal Town Rawalpindi
AND
WHEREAS the Donor has agreed to gift out the above said property to the Donee,
out of love and affection with him, who is his real son and the Donee has also
agreed to accept the same.
That the donor is enjoying the lawful
physical possession of the above mentioned property and the vacant Physical
possession of the above said gifted
property has been delivered by the donor to the Donee at the spot and now the Donee
has became the absolute owner in possession of above gifted property, and now
the Donee is entitled to keep the said property for his personal use or to transfer it by way of
gift, sale etc., the Donor as well as his legal heirs are left with no
concern / interest with the above gifted
property.

That
the Donor hereby assures to the Donee that the above gifted property is free
from all sorts of encumbrances and all the dues etc., in respect of above
gifted property are paid till date and if there will be found any dues payable
against said gifted property etc., the same will be paid by the Donor from his
own pocket to the departments concerned.
That the Donee has accepted the gift
of above said property and has taken over the possession of said property from
the Donor at the spot.
