PETITION U/S 25-A OF FAMILY COURT ACT 1964 FOR Consolidation / TRANSFER of  family cases


Respectfully Sheweth:


  1. That the petitioner on 07-03-2014 has filed a suit for Dissolution of Marriage, Recovery of Dowry Articles against the respondent which is pending adjudication before Miss ABCD, The Learned Judge, Family Court, Rawalpindi and is fixed for 12-05-2014 for Summoning the Respondent through proclamation (Newspaper NewsName).
  2. That the respondent on 03-04-2014 has also filed a suit for restitution of conjugal rights against the petitioner which  is pending adjudication before Miss DEFGH, the learned Judge, Family Court Rawalpindi the said case is  fixed for 28-04-2014.

  1. That as per law and in the interest of justice the family cases  between the same parties are the to be heard and decided by  any single learned Family Judge in order to avoid the complications and contradictions in the judgment and also to save the precious time of the Honourable courts.



  1. That the instant Petition has been moved to meet the ends of justice.
  

Prayer:


In view of the above it is most humbly prayed that the said two suits of the parties for adjudication / disposal, be entrusted / transferred to a single learned Judge Family Court Rawalpindi, to meet the ends of justice.
Any other relief which this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper may also be granted to the Petitioner.
