ORDINANCE NO XXVII OF 1960
[30th June, 1960]
An Ordinance to authorize payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Federal Consolidated Fund for the service of the period beginning on the first day of July, 1960 and ending on the thirtieth day of June, 1961.
1. Short title.---This Ordinance may be called the Appropriation Ordinance, 1960.
2. Issue of Rs. 12,80,18,45,000 out of Federal Consolidated Fund for the period beginning on the first day of July, 1960, and ending on the thirtieth day of June, 1961. From and out of the Federal Consolidated Fund there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column (3) of the Schedule to this Ordinance, amounting in the aggregate to the sum of rupees one thousand two hundred and eighty crores, eighteen lakhs and forty-five thousand towards defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the period beginning on the first day of July, 1960 and ending on the thirtieth day of June, 1961, in respect of the services and purposes specified in column (2) of the Schedule.
3. Appropriation.---The sums authorized to be paid and applied from and out of the Federal Consolidated Fund by this Ordinance shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said period.
