Respectfully  Sheweth:

1.    That  the applicant is defendant in above captioned suit which is pending  before this Honourable Court.

2.    That now the minor daughter of the applicant is living with her Mother/respondent  and the respondent did not allow to meet the minor to the applicant .

3.    That the applicant /  defendant has been paying maintenance allowance regularly to the minor  / daughter.

4.    That  for the welfare of minor , applicant is voluntarily praying in this application for meeting with minor daughter because of the fact that the minor is daughter of applicant and he has love and affection towards her however, he is seeking meeting with minor twice in every month.

Prayer:

           It is therefore , respectfully prayed that the application may please be accepted by granting  the permission to meet the minor daughter , in the interest of justice.
