ORDINANCE
further to amend the North-West Frontier Province Public Service Commission Ordinance, 1978.

Preamble.

WHEREAS it is expedient further to amend the North-West Frontier Province Public Service Commission Ordinance, 1978 (N.-W. F. P. Ord. No. XI of 1978) for the purpose hereinafter appearing;

AND WHEREAS the Provincial Assembly is not in session and the Governor of the North-West Frontier Province is satisfied that circumstances exist which render it necessary to take immediate action;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 128 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Governor of the North-West Frontier Province is pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordinance;

Short title and commencement.

1.         (1) This Ordinance may be called the North-West Frontier Province Public Service Commission (Amendment) Ordinance, 1985.

(2) It shall come into force at once.

Omission of section 5 of N.W.F.P Ord XI of 1978.

2.         In the North-West Frontier Province Public Service Commission Ordinance. 1978 (N.-W.F. P. Ord. XI of 1978), section 5 shall be omitted.
