DIVORCE DEED.(FIRST DIVORCE)

I, ABC S/o FABC Resident of House No. 00 Street No. 00 , Satellite Twon (Town Name), (City Name) Rawalpindi, at present (House No. 00 Street No. 00 , Satellite Twon (Town Name), (City Name) ,Country Name),  (hereinafter called the executant), contracted marriage on 16.06.2012 in accordance with Muslim Family Laws and Sheriat Muhammandi, with M/S DEF D/o FDEF Resident of House No. 00 Street No. 00 , Satellite Twon (Town Name), (City Name) Rawalpindi, at present (House No. 00 Street No. 00 , Satellite Twon (Town Name), (City Name), Country Name),  , and the Nikah Deed was duly registered with the concerned Nikah Registrar.

That after marriage the executant lived with said M/S DEF and both the parties performed martial obligation of their part, however as said M/S DEF is working in (Place of working) (City and Country) , therefore on 3^nd of August 2012 she left Pakistan for (Country) and since than she is living separately in (City Name, Country Name).

That the executant at his own and through respectable family members did his level best to persuade M/S DEF for abadi but on one or the other pretext, she refused to join the executant as wife, and since 9^th April 2013, she sever all the contacts with the executant. It is pertinent to mention here that the executant and his family members made several sincere efforts for Abadi in order to save the martial tie and in this respect also contacted with the parents of M/S DEF, but all the said efforts remained futile.

That I, the executant keeping in view the above said circumstances and the conduct hereby pronounce first single divorce (                 ) upon M/S DEF.

That said M/S DEF has lawful opportunity as per Muslim family laws and Sheriat Muhammandi to contact and reconcile with the executant to save the martial tie within 30 days from the date of this first single divorce.

That this deed of divorce has been prepared / signed by the executant with his free will and consent in presence of marginal witnesses on_________ day of ________2014.
