THE NORTH-WEST FRONTIER PROVINCE HAZARA FOREST (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1987.

AN ACT
further to amend the Hazara Forest Act, 1936.

WHEREAS it is expedient further to amend the Hazara Forest Act, 1936 (N.-W. F. P. Act VI of 1937), for the purpose hereinafter appearing;

Preamble

It is hereby enacted as follows:—

1.         (1) This Act may be called the Hazara Forest (Amendment) Act, 1987. (2) It shall come into force at once.	Short title and commencement
2.         In the Hazara Forest Act, 1936 (N.-W. F. P. Act No. VI of 1937), in section 2 for clause (1), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:—	Amendment of Section 2 of N W F P Act No VI of 1937

"'(1) "settlement" means the latest regular settlement of land in Hazara Division including the Agror valley.".
